Because someone we love is in heaven,
there's a little bit of heaven in our home.

If they don't like me, that's their loss.

I have reached a point in my life where I feel it is no longer necessary to try and impress anyone. If they like me then great, If not, then that's their loss.

Never go to sleep angry at someone.

Never go to sleep angry because you never know is you,
or the person you are mad at, will wake up the next morning.
Always forgive someone because you never know
if you'll get the chance to talk to them again.
Things will happen, get over them.
Forgiving doesn't mean you have to forget and it's better than
knowing you will never speak or say I Love You again.

The next time you feel stressed.

Learning the hard way.

I've learned the hard way that I can't always count on others to respect my feelings, even if I respect theirs. Being a good person doesn't guarantee that others will be good people too. You only have control over yourself and how you choose to be as a person.
As for others, you can only choose to accept them or walk away.

Someday, we'll forget about the hurt,

Someday we'll forget about the hurt, the reasons we cried and who caused us pain. We will finally realize that the secret to being free is not revenge, but letting things unfold in their own way and own time. After all, what matters is not the first, but the last chapter of our lives which will show how well we ran the race. So smile, laugh, forgive, believe and love all over again.

Nothing Lasts Forever.

Nothing lasts forever so live it up, laugh it off, avoid the drama, take chances and never have regrets. Because at one point everything you did was exactly what you wanted.

I have no regrets.

Regrets? I have no regrets. I would not change anything in my past. rather, I look back with gratitude because if it weren't for my past, I would not be who I am today.

Faith, Hope, Peace and Joy.

Have faith - God is always with you, though it may not seem so.
Have hope - God's love surrounds you more than you know.
Have peace - God has a special plan just for you.
Have joy - For always, come what may,
God will help to see you through it.

The sad truth of life.

The sad truth is that there are some people who will only be there for you as long as you have something they need. When you no longer serve a purpose to them, they will leave.
The good news is, if you tough it out, you'll eventually weed these people out of your life and be left with some great people you can count on. We rarely lose friends and lovers, we just gradually figure out who our real ones are.
