Living with depression, anxiety and panic attacks.

Depression, anxiety and panic attacks are not signs of weakness.
They are signs of trying to remain strong for far too long.

Would you post this on your wall
for just a day? Most people

will because they understand and support those who have
been through it, who are going through it and have even been
through it themselves. Let's share support for mental health
awareness and show those who are suffering they are not alone.
1 in 3 of us will suffer with this at some point in our lives and will need love and support.

Yes, this is a real delimma. I have a good doctor who explained it to me that you were not born with this and now it is compounded by the traumatic events of your life. Cannot be cured with pills but takes time and work to peel it away one layer at a time. At 71 yr, wonder how long it will be. Anything will be better because I live a hermit's life.

A: read John 3:16..believe in The Lord
B: read Psalm 20: Help from the sancturary/=help from the scriptures. Pray...God surrounds us with angels who help us in all needs
C: rememember..Christ in us, us in Christ...apart from Him we have nothing.

The hermit thing is pretty common. Call a friend force yourself to engage and get out of the house. If you can try to help someone with something.

Finding we often go through a period of destruction only to wake up as a changed person on the other side of it
The depression part is the void...the cleansing part...the in between...the bridge and crossover
You are not meant to stay there...feel that pain and learn a better way from it...practice thar better way and cross over

If you are finding for psychoanalytic theory and method of therapy than let’s have a look at transactional analysis? It is analysis is a psychoanalytic theory and method of therapy wherein social transactions are analyzed to determine the ego state of the patient as a basis for understanding behavior. In it, the patient is taught to alter the ego state as a way to solve emotional problems. The benefits of analysis can increase self-awareness, also promote personal reflection.
