Be thankful for each day.

No matter how good or bad you think life is,
wake up each day and be thankful for life.
Someone somewhere else is fighting to survive.

Depression - In memory of Robin Williams.

Depression, anxiety and panic attacks are not signs of weakness.
They are signs of trying to remain strong for far too long.

Following the tragic death of Robin Williams, I ask you share this on your wall for just a day to raise awareness and help support those who have been through it, who are going through it and have even been through it themselves. Let's show those who suffer that they're not alone. 1 in 3 of us will suffer with this at some point in our lives and will need love and support.

YOU COULD SAVE SOMEONE'S LIFE BY KNOWING
AND PASSING ON THIS SIMPLE INFORMATION.

Stroke has a new indicator! They say if you forward this to ten people, you stand a chance of saving one life. Will you send this along? Blood Clots/Stroke - They Now Have a Fourth Indicator, the Tongue.

During a BBQ, a woman stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine and she said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes.

They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While

A purpose for everyone you meet.

In life, you'll realize that there is a purpose for every person you meet. Some are there to test you, some will use you, some will teach you and some will bring out the best in you.

Dealing with the tough times.

Sometimes, you just have to bow your head,
say a prayer and weather the storm.

3 Keys to enjoy life.

Just 3 keys to enjoy life. CTRL+ALT+DEL.

1. Control Yourself.
2. Look for Alternative Solutions.
3. Delete the situation which gives you tension.

Looking back on life.

I'd rather look back on my life and say

"I can't believe I did that"
Instead of saying "I wish I did that"

The bad will open your eyes.

Sometimes bad things in life open your eyes to the good things you weren't paying attention to before.

It's not what you have.

I've learned that it is not what I have in my life
but who I have in my life that counts.

It's not what you have that matters.

I've learned that it is not what I have in my life
but who I have in my life that counts.

I appreciate what I have.

The smile on my face doesn't mean my life is perfect. It means I appreciate what I have and what God has blessed me with.

Depression, anxiety and panic attacks.

Depression, anxiety and panic attacks are not signs of weakness.
They are signs of trying to remain strong for far too long.

Would you post this on your wall
for just a day? Most people
will because they understand and support those who have
been through it, who are going through it and have even been
through it themselves. Let's share support for mental health
awareness and show those who are suffering they are not alone.
1 in 3 of us will suffer with this at some point in our lives and will need love and support.

Cherish everyone in your life.

Cherish every moment and every person in your life, because you never know when it will be the last time you see someone.

Life isn't about pleasing everybody.

Be Happy. Be Yourself.

If others don't like it, then let them be.
Happiness is a choice.
Life isn't about pleasing everybody.

What you're looking for.

Sometimes, what you're looking for comes to you
when you're not looking at all.

Look for the signs.

There's always a little truth behind every "Just Kidding"
There's always a little emotion behind "I Don't Care"
There's always a little knowledge behind "I Don't Know"
and there's always a little pain behind every "I'ts OK"

Sometimes you have to lose people.

In life, there are some people you're going to have to lose in order to find yourself.

Trusting others.

People ask me why is it so hard to trust people.

I ask them why is it so hard to keep a promise.

The people in your life.

Some people come in your life as blessings,
others come in your life as lessons.
